Kayla takes an evidence-based, holistic-minded, and compassionate approach to empowering others on their journey toward a healthier life. Understanding that this path is unique for each person, Kayla seeks to facilitate transformational change in a way that meets her clients where they are and helps them reach their own unique well-being goals.
